- What areas do you cover?
- Jacksonville and the surrounding area, including Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, St. Augustine, Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Orange Park and the beaches. We also drive longer trips to other cities in Florida and Georgia.
- Do you do airport pickups at JAX?
- Yes. We pick up and drop off at Jacksonville International Airport. Add your flight number when you book so we know when you’re landing.
- What if my flight is delayed?
- Message us on WhatsApp with the new time as soon as you know, and we’ll adjust the pickup.
- Can you drive me to an airport in another city?
- Yes. Rides to Orlando (MCO), Daytona Beach (DAB) and Savannah (SAV) are priced as long-distance trips, up front like any other ride.
- What car will pick me up?
- A black GMC Yukon XL. It’s a full-size SUV with three rows of seats and an extended cargo area for luggage.
- How many people and bags fit?
- The Yukon XL has three rows of seats and a large cargo area behind them. Tell us how many people and bags you have when you book, and we’ll confirm it all fits before the trip.
- How much does a ride cost?
- It depends on where you’re going, when, and how many people are riding. Send your trip through the booking form or on WhatsApp and we’ll reply with a price for the whole trip.
- How do I book?
- Fill in the booking form on this site and tap Send request. It comes straight to us, and we’ll message you on WhatsApp with a price. You can also call or message (904) 329-6956.
- How do I pay?
- By Zelle, or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through a secure checkout. The options are on your booking confirmation and at transportationjax.com/pay. Nothing is due until you’ve agreed to the price.
- What are your hours?
- We’re open 24 hours a day, every day, so you can book early-morning and late-night rides too.
- How far ahead should I book?
- As early as you can, especially for airport runs and long trips. For a ride today, call or message us and we’ll let you know if we can do it.
- Can I keep the car for a few hours?
- Ask when you book. Put the plan in the notes, including the stops and how long you need the car, and we’ll price it that way.
- Do you drive long distances?
- Yes. Orlando, Daytona Beach, Savannah, Gainesville and Tampa are all a few hours from Jacksonville. For anywhere else, send the address and we’ll give you a price.
- How is this different from a rideshare?
- You book a set pickup time ahead, agree the price before the ride, and know which car is coming. A rideshare is matched when you request it, and the price can change with demand.
- Can I ask for a child seat?
- Yes. Tick “Child seat” on the booking form or mention it on WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm before the trip.
